Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation by Site Customer
You may request for a refund/replacement within 3 days of delivery, it should be undamaged and with all original tags and packaging intact. Your refund/replacement will be processed within 3 working days once we receive the product back to our warehouse. In case of refund, this process will take up to 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in your bank account.
If you have received an item in a “Damaged” or “Defective” condition, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. You just need to initiate replacement request and send item back to us. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out stock, You will receive a full refund including shipping charges.
You as a customer can cancel your order any time within 24 hours of order placed at www.nanzmedscience.com. We will refund any payments already made by you for the order including shipping charges. If the customer cancelled its order post 24 hours of order placed then the fixed charges of Rs. 50 on the account of shipping charges are not refundable.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
